El XU Mini M es diminuto y encantador: cabe en el bolsillo del pantalón sin abultar, las esquinas redondeadas hacen que se sostenga bien y su pantalla de 2,8 pulgadas a 640×480 tiene más contraste y mejor color del que cabría esperar aquí. Los juegos de 16 bits se ven estupendos. Ahora la parte fea, y hay que decirla: se anunció con un chip Rockchip mejor del que finalmente lleva. Por dentro va uno más antiguo. No es una opinión, es un cambio de especificaciones que salió a la luz después. Eso marca el techo: algunos juegos de PS1 arrancan, pero no esperes que vayan finos. Y los controles tampoco ayudan: la cruceta registra mal las diagonales —fatal para los juegos de lucha— y los sticks, con lo pequeño que es, resultan incómodos en partidas largas. Mono, barato y honesto solo a medias.
